When we first checked in we were given a room that did not seem very nice definitely not a 3 star. We also were next to the elevator too noisy. We talked to the desk clerk and he gave us a different room that was much better, more of a 3 star room. The staff was nice to help us.

The view and the staff were accommodating.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for drivellers to Chicago. Most tourist attractions are walking distance, from the Magnificent Mile, to the Navy Pier, Millennium park and Art Institute. The hotel room was brightly decorated, clean, and well-kept. Especially worth noting - I didn't hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms - a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall this was a great experience.

Convenient location; helpful staff; beautiful rooms.

There is no driveway; I parked at the curb and was not greeted by hotel staff and had to get out and find the valet.

Although it was a little worn around the edges, the room was large and clean and the location of the hotel was excellent for theater, Symphony Center, and the Art Institute.

Quiet and nicely located.

It was slightly run down.
